Training of the trainers is AFRECs capacity building programme aimed at training African Energy Statistician on data collection, validation and processing. It also provide them an opportunity to gain skills and knowledge on energy data monitoring and managing their own countries National Energy Information System. Trainers are trained so they are able to trainer other national and regional energy statistician.
